General Terms and Conditions

The following section, in conjunction with our Privacy Page, Returns Page and Delivery Page forms our company policy. Before submitting an order we recommend that you read and understand these policies. When you submit an order you are entering into a contract with Morgan-Young Ltd and you may be bound by the terms described herein. All prices quoted online include UK VAT where appropriate. We make every effort to keep the prices up to date but we reserve the right to change prices at any time without notice. It may be that prices are incorrectly quoted or changed due to external circumstances. We have no statutory obligation to sell goods at the price quoted if that price is incorrect.

We endeavour to ensure that the website reflects the stock levels of the company but some products can sell out very quickly, therefore, placing an order with us does not guarantee availability. We will, of course, make every effort to fulfil your order and if this is not possible we will let you know as soon as possible. Alternatively, to avoid disappointment you can contact us on 07952 551025 to check availability. 

If we are unable to supply items you have ordered due to them being out of stock we will contact you. We will do this to inform you the items are out of stock. We also do this to see if an alternative item would be suitable.

Items will be dispatched asap by an method appropriate to the good being ordered.

The Prices shown for all of our products are in pounds sterling (GBP), as is the delivery charge. We accept payment by PayPal and the major credit and debit cards, which they support. Morgan-Young Ltd will not add any additional fees to your purchase if you pay via PayPal and any of the card type supported by them.

We reserve the right to refuse acceptance of payment or any other details if we think they are being used fraudulently. All sensitive consumer data collected on this site is used only for the purpose of processing your order. Transaction information is transmitted via PayPal using their secure on line credit card payment systems. On completion of your order you will receive an email from our service, which will contain your invoice.

Please print and retain a paper copy of this invoice. Should you need to contact us about your order we will respond to any enquiries within 2 business days. 

We keep all personal and confidential information secure, it is not shared with or sold to any third parties. The information we ask for is only for the processing and dispatch of your order.

You are free to return goods unused for a period of 30 days after delivery. Circumstances will dictate whether a full refund or an exchange is appropriate. Goods that have been used cannot be returned unless a warranty claim will be entered into.

All goods have a minimum 1 year manufacturer's warranty. Warranty claims for faulty goods will be dealt with through us but the manufacturer will make an assessment and decide on the proper course of action.

We make every effort to ensure that the product images we use are accurate and up to date. Occasionally it is not possible to show an image with the proper colour, but we make every effort to minimise this. All product images which are not those of Morgan-Young Ltd are used with the permission of the originator and remain the copyright of the originator.

If you feel you have received substandard information or services from us we would like to hear about it so that we can prevent the same thing from happening again.
